- We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the delivery date. Additionally, reverse pick-up services are available. To initiate a return or exchange request on our website, a reverse shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be charged. Please note that exchanges are allowed once per item.
- We will attempt to pick up the package twice. If the courier is unable to complete the pick-up, you will need to send the package back to the company’s address yourself. Please note that reverse pick-up services depend on the availability in your area, based on your postal code.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit will be issued to your registered email within 3 working days after the return pickup is completed.
- Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as received. If returned items are damaged or show signs of usage, no refund will be processed.
- Refunds may take up to 7 days to process and reflect in your bank account. Note: Refunds or bank transfers are only available for prepaid orders made on our website.
- For COD payments, store credit will be issued equal to the amount paid for the product. This credit must be used within 30 days from the issue date.
