1. We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the delivery date. Additionally, reverse pick-up services are available. To initiate a return or exchange request on our website, a reverse shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be charged. Please note that exchanges are allowed once per item.
   
   
2. We will attempt to pick up the package twice. If the courier is unable to complete the pick-up, you will need to send the package back to the company’s address yourself. Please note that reverse pick-up services depend on the availability in your area, based on your postal code.
   
   
3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit will be issued to your registered email within 3 working days after the return pickup is completed.
   
   
4. Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as received. If returned items are damaged or show signs of usage, no refund will be processed.
   
   
5. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process and reflect in your bank account. Note: Refunds or bank transfers are only available for prepaid orders made on our website.
   
   
6. For COD payments, store credit will be issued equal to the amount paid for the product. This credit must be used within 30 days from the issue date.
   
   
7. Store credits are non-refundable and can only be used for future purchases within our store.
   
   
8. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important:

1. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any loss or damage during shipment. Please mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package. All products should be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
   
   
2. Once we receive the returned items, a full refund will be processed within 2 business days for prepaid orders and as store credit (gift card) for COD orders.
   
   
3. Note: We recommend using Speed Post, a government-owned postal service, as it offers the most extensive network across India.
